Incredibly helpful and thorough. We had a toilet leak from the second floor to first floor. They came out quickly and immediately started working on the problem. The feeling of relief when Voda arrived and took charge of the situation was amazing. I was so worried about mold and the damage from the water. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. It was so reassuring to have trained professionals dealing with the issues. Their equipment was excellent, they were neat and tidy and always polite. The entire problem was resolved and remediated. I was confident from the moment I called them and their response time on a weekend was impressive. I cannot recommend Voda of West Raleigh enough. If you are unfortunate enough to have a water problem, these are the people you want and need.

Voda Cleaning and Restoration of West Raleigh were nothing short of amazing! Our water heater (which the builder decided for whatever reason to install in our walk up attic) sprung a leak and by the time we realized what had happened we had water damage in our upstairs bedroom, behind our kitchen wall (which is below that bedroom) and in our garage. Of course, it was on a Sunday when we discovered this so I went online and saw that Voda had amazing google reviews so I gave them a call. Within a few hours, Oliver and Nick came to our rescue with dehumidifiers and fans so we could start the drying out process. They also gave us the name of an honest and amazing plumber. The next day Ruairi ( The General Manager) contacted us and came to our house every day for 3 days to assess the moisture in the walls and rearrange his equipment as needed to dry us out while also reassuring us that he would remain in close contact with us until everything was dried out and ready for the next phase of repairs. Nick and Ruairi were always here when they said they would be and even, at times, texted to see if they could come earlier if they had a change in their schedules. Anyone who has been through water damage knows that it can feel very scary not knowing what’s going on behind the walls and under carpet and flooring but for us the team from Voda put us at ease and made the process so much easier than anticipated. They are trustworthy, timely and in my opinion reasonably priced. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

We had our carpets cleaned last week. We have two old dogs so we needed help with pet odors. One dog marks so the tech pretreated the carpet and afterwards applied an enzyme. The carpets look and smell great now. Thank you! We would use again and recommend.

Often times, people share posts when they are dissatisfied with a service. I am very proud to say that this is not one of those. I had the unfortunate need to require service for my home. The representative, Carrie, made it extremely easy and worry free. She not only explained every detail as clearly as possible, but she went above and beyond to help me through this difficult time. We needed a mold inspection in a pinch, and Ruari was our saving grace! He was able to come out same day and did a thorough inspection. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and educated us on what to look out for in the future. He was also very pleasant and approachable. Highly recommend him and Voda cleaning and restoration.

Voda is basically part of our family at this point. They showed up during a flooding emergency and helped us navigate the aftermath. Carrie has been so incredibly helpful going above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening, what needed to happen, and how much it was all going to cost. They checked in on us after Helene came through just to make sure we were ok. I can’t recommend them enough. Rory provided all the information and education to prepare us for the black mold remediation we found in our walk in closet. He was thorough in his investigation in the attic and surrounding areas of concern. Upon remediation he realized we didn't need some previous quoted details and it was taken off of our bill. We had a breach in our first floor ceiling due to a faulty toilet supply that I discovered in the middle of the night. Voda responded to my query through Thumbtack by 6am, and scheduled Carrie to arrive within 90 minutes. Carrie’s exemplary service cannot go unstated. Not only did she completely remediate the water problem on arrival, we had dehumidifiers and fans ready to within the hour and dried us out with no permanent damage after only a day and a half. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly smooth, well priced, and Carrie’s level of service couldn’t be topped and made us feel absolutely secure that no long term damage to our house will occur. Voda will be our first call for any related scenario moving forward.

I was seeking rescue of a sofa in excellent condition, but badly marred with pet stains and odor. Before purchasing their services, the staff recommended that they send out a rep to determine the extent of the damage and if it could be repaired. Their friendly and knowledgeable rep determined that it would not be possible to adequately repair the damage. I was disappointed yet so thankful that the honesty and professionalism of the Voda staff saved me significant time and money. I'll be back - highly recommend!

This past weekend, my family and I arrived home from a friend’s house around 10 pm to find our recently renovated basement flooded with water and mud. We immediately called them and got put in contact with Rauri. He was so helpful in explaining what he thought might be going on and what might be needed based on our phone conversation. Then he let us know exactly how long it would take for him to get to us, assessed our basement and explained everything as he went, and walked us through potential next steps. He was honest with us about what would be helpful or not. He returned the next day to check on everything. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly throughout the entire process. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. When the flooding occurred a second time and we had to get the flooring removed, Rauri returned with a colleague and got it done so quickly. He even sent us pictures of everything along the way bc he knew insurance would want them. I could not have imagined a better person to help us through such a difficult time. We are really glad it was Rauri on call that night and would very highly recommend him and his team to anyone in a similar situation in the future.

VODA was just a name at the end of a GOOGLE search....until I met Ruairi. Being a lover of travel and languages I instantly found his Gaelic name fascinating. I soon discovered how empathetic he was,attuned to the financial challenges I and many people faced. He worked very hard in difficult conditions, eradicating dangerous mold, keeping me updated with each step of the mold remediation process. He strove to keep costs down and for that I am deeply appreciative. At the end of his job I wanted to give something back as a gesture of my gratitude so I hauled his demolition trash. I can't recommend Ruairi and VODA highly enough.
