Hi everyone! My name is Jared Roth, and I am the proud owner of Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester.

After more than 14 years leading and growing businesses, I chose to enter the restoration industry because I wanted to build a company focused on helping people during some of life’s most stressful and unexpected moments. Whether it’s water damage, fire, mold, storm damage, or another emergency, I believe every customer deserves a team they can trust.

At Voda, we believe restoration is about more than repairing property—it’s about restoring peace of mind. Our commitment is simple: respond quickly, communicate honestly, and treat every home or business with the same care and respect we would our own.

I am IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup (TCST), Odor Control (OCT), and Carpet Cleaning (CCT), and I am a New York State Mold Abatement Supervisor and hold an OSHA 30 certification. These certifications reflect my commitment to doing every project safely, professionally, and to the highest industry standards.

Alexandra Roth serves as the Business Development representative for Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester, where she is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local community. With a passion for exceptional customer service and business growth, she works closely with homeowners, businesses, and industry professionals to ensure they receive responsive, reliable support when they need it most.

Before joining Voda, Alexandra built her career in operations, leadership, and client development. She spent more than eight years with Arthur Murray Dance Studios in Toronto, rising to General Manager of the company’s flagship downtown location. There, she led daily operations, coached and trained teams across multiple locations, and earned international recognition as one of the organization’s top-performing instructors. Her background in leadership, sales, and relationship management has equipped her with the skills to create lasting partnerships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Originally from the United Kingdom and now proud to call the Rochester area home, Alexandra brings energy, professionalism, and a people-first approach to everything she does. Whether she’s connecting with local businesses, supporting restoration professionals, or helping customers navigate challenging situations, she is committed to making every interaction a positive one.

Hi, I’m Eric Taylor, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester. I enjoy helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected events like water, fire, mold, and other property damage. I know these situations can be stressful, so I believe in showing up with a positive attitude, working hard, and treating every customer’s home or business with the same care and respect I would my own.

I’ve spent more than five years working in the restoration industry, gaining hands-on experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and demolition. Over the years, I’ve developed the skills and experience to handle a wide variety of restoration challenges safely and efficiently. I also enjoy helping customers refresh their homes through professional carpet, rug, upholstery, and air duct cleaning, and I take pride in delivering results that make a noticeable difference while creating cleaner, healthier living spaces.

I’m certified as an IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), and I also hold New York State Mold Abatement Supervisor and OSHA 10 certifications. I enjoy continuing to learn and expand my knowledge so I can provide the best possible service for our customers.

One of the things I enjoy most about this work is knowing that I can help people during some of the most difficult times they’ll experience as homeowners or business owners. Whether it’s responding to an emergency, restoring a property after damage, or helping improve the cleanliness and comfort of a home, I’m committed to doing the job right, communicating every step of the way, and making sure our customers feel confident they’re in good hands.

Hi, I’m Philip Ritchie, and I take pride in helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected property damage. Whether it’s responding to a water loss, performing mold remediation, or assisting with fire restoration, my goal is to provide quality workmanship and help make the restoration process as smooth as possible for every customer I work with.

Before joining Voda, I built my career in environmental remediation and technical manufacturing, where I developed strong attention to detail, sharp problem-solving skills, and a commitment to doing every job the right way. I bring a wide breadth of knowledge and field experience in restoration, including mold remediation, water emergency, and bio and trauma cleanup, along with years of experience working with precision equipment and technical systems.

I’m certified as a New York State Mold Worker, IICRC Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), and I also hold my OSHA 10 certification. Safety, professionalism, and treating every customer’s home or business with respect are priorities on every project I take on.

I enjoy the variety that comes with restoration work and the opportunity to help people during some of the most challenging situations they face. It’s rewarding to know that the work I do helps restore not only properties, but also peace of mind.
