Hello everyone! My name is Tari Bulski and I am the proud owner of Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Brookfield–Waukesha. With experience across marketing, sales, customer service, business development, operations, and as the founder of two home services businesses (along with aiding in the start-up of another), I bring a unique mix of leadership, strategy, and genuine care to the community we serve.
Voda was an easy choice for me because the work is deeply personal. After more than 12 years dealing with chronic illness and mold-related challenges, I understand the stress, uncertainty, and urgency that can come with water damage, mold concerns, or indoor air issues. I believe people deserve honest education, prompt expert service, and a team they can trust. Whether it’s a carpet refresh, an allergy flare-up, or unexpected flooding, I am extremely proud to lead a local team that raises the bar and makes the process easier, including help navigating insurance claims and repairs

Shaun Kramer serves as a Project Manager and Lead Technician at Voda Cleaning & Restoration, where he combines hands-on expertise with a solutions-driven mindset to guide projects from start to finish with confidence and care. Passionate about helping clients recover from unexpected property damage, Shaun takes pride in restoring homes and businesses with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Shaun is a fitness and nutrition coach who enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining an active lifestyle through health and fitness.
My name is Cassie! I’m thrilled to start my new role with Voda Cleaning & Restoration. I come from a background in cleaning and restoration, so I understand firsthand how much of a difference a meticulous, high-quality job makes for a client’s peace of mind. I love the hands-on nature of this work, and I’m excited to bring that energy to the team. Outside of work, I’m usually baking gluten-free goodies, reading romance novels, and spending time with my husband and our two cats!
