Wow! We have used several companies for steam cleaning our carpets, but have never had anyone be so thorough and detailed as Mark with Voda was today. The other companies zoom through each room and are out in an hour. Mark was here 5 hrs paying special attention to pet stains and doing a treatment that addresses the pad, not just the carpet. Cameron and Mark were at one of our properties yesterday and even though it rained, and we had a maintenance issue in the building and had to shut off water, they still stayed and completed their work to the best of their ability. All the way through the entire process to clean my heavily soiled white couch after our move , this team was exceptional. The owner personally called me to see what my needs were before the cleaning crew even showed up. Mark and Cameron were so helpful! They decided they would get a better clean by taking my couches out to their truck. They moved everything and returned the couches and made sure thing was perfect before they left. We had dog urine in one cushion and they were able to remove the stain and smell. Highly recommend.

He came out on a Saturday and extracted the water out of the carpet and graciously removed a couple of stains that we had not been able to remove. Very happy with the service.
