Philip S. Spencer, NC I came home from out of town recently to a leaking water heater in the kitchen. Big mess to say the least. I called Voda Cleaning and Restoration the next day and the following day, Phillip W., Operations Manager was on site. Madisyn M. and Will V. got right to work and within 1 week all damaged flooring, cabinets were removed, debris removed, swept and moisture readings were undetectable. Phillip Wallace from Voda Cleaning and Restoration, came the same day I called after the basement flooded. He pumped the standing water out of the basement and set up humidifiers to get the drying process underway. Voda Cleaning and Restoration was a life saver!

We discovered some mold growth on several windows and engaged multiple companies for evaluation and estimates, Voda was by far the most thorough, thoughtful and reasonably priced. Phillip did everything right, he communicated well regarding when he would arrive, and performed a thorough inspection of the areas of concern. He was not interested in making a quick sale or escalating fear, he was more interested in understanding the source of the problem and suggesting ways to ensure post cleaning the issue would not return. Turns out the window weather stripping is failing on most windows, Phillip even suggested that we may be able to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. In the end, we engaged Voda to clean the problem areas, duct cleaning as well as a cleaning of all the carpets in our home (it had been a while). We were able to schedule the work to be done while our family was out of town, with the Voda team working on a Saturday to accommodate. Upon arrival and further inspection of a few potentially problematic areas, Phillip found more growth under our kitchen sink cabinet (the part behind the toe kick where the vent comes thru the floor). Voda removed the base of the cabinet and thoroughly cleaned this area as well. The additional costs for this unplanned work were extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend Phillip and the Voda team enough for carpet cleaning, duct work cleaning or mold related issues. While we hope to not need their services again, Voda will certainly be our first call.

Mr.Morgan came and did my bedroom and guest room. The job came out beautifully, he was fast and efficient with my limited time. He made sure to mention his product were environmentally friendly as well as pet friendly. He listened to my concerns and was invested in giving me the best job possible. He was able to save my carpets saving me money I would have spent to have them replaced. All around great company and would recommend them every time!

This was my first experience with Voda after using Chemdry for many years. I was so conflicted that I only signed for 1/2 my homes carpeted floors. It was amidst the holiday season so I scheduled the job. Madysen was very nice, in fact so nice that I called them back a week later to complete the cleaning of all my floors. The floors came out great! I was even more impressed with the living room white Berber carpet which is cleaner now than it’s ever been. I will never go back to Chemdry now. Couldn’t be more pleased with Madysen and Voda!!

Reached out to Voda Cleaning Service in an "urgent" scenario. Let them know that I had a blue gel ink stain on my sofa that I really needed to have cleaned that same day. At first they let me know that they couldn't come out until the next day, but the specialists checked in with their technician and let me know that they'd be able to accommodate me. Less than an hour later, Madisyn was there to help and he was able to get the sofa practically brand new again! I truly appreciated the professionalism, wonderful customer service, and kindness of Madisyn and the team. I would definitely book again for any other needs that I have in the future.
