Prior to joining Voda, Butcaris worked with the College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving franchise, where she served as Franchise Business Consultant, Vice President of Franchise Performance, and ultimately Vice President of National Accounts. In that role, she founded and built the company’s national accounts and strategic alliances program—driving partnerships, operational alignment, and scalable revenue growth across the franchise system.
