Arrived on time and worked quickly so my house was not disrupted. Technician was very careful with the delicate fabric on my sofa but also cleaned it thoroughly. I am pleased with the service.

Our great experience started with phone call. Voda cleaning was so very helpful explaining to us what would happen during appointment. Voda team arrived promptly and began working on the carpeting explaining what they were going to do and spot treating the areas. Our carpeting is not in good condition but when they finished it looked really Nice.. they were very professional and they did their job very well and explained everything as they went along. We are thrilled with the result, we are so glad we used Voda Cleaning and Restoration what a wonderful team they have and we will be recommending them to others.

Now, I don't know what kinda voodoo magic they work at Voda - but they brought the carpet on my stairs back to life. Hold up, let me set the scene: months back our main water pipe went bust, they had to pretty much gut my entire downstairs and the workmen were going up and down the stairs to use the restroom. For months, they were walking up and down on carpet what was less than a year old causing it to look old and haggard. I vacuumed time and time again; I also was mopping and vacuuming the newly put down tile because there was a layer of grout dust that would not go away and clung to the cat. The contractors told me that was just to be expected and nothing could be done about this.Lies. All lies. Voda revived my carpet (which I was hyper ventilating about) and easily got the layer of dust off the floors which I had failed at. They were awesome to communicate with - they did an excellent job - I couldn't be happier.
