They protected my floors with plastic and even put bumpers on my door frames while carrying in their equipment. They brought their own water (no awkward hoses running through my house), and the two technicians were friendly, helpful, and detail-oriented. When I asked them to re-clean a corner of my chair, they ended up redoing the entire thing, no questions asked—because, as one of them put it, "We want you to be 100% satisfied." And I was. Voda was an amazing experience. They showed up on time and did an amazing job removing the mold and order from my carpet. They are super professional and world class about how the operate with customers and customers need, they are also very fast and reliable when it comes to working in your home I love the experience and can’t wait for them to came back next month and finish my basemen I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but voda.

Workers came on time and were very pleasant. The communication was excellent. They responded in a timely manner and were able to answer all questions and the concerns I had. Did an amazing job in my basement with all the water damage we had. The mold and the stench is gone! I couldn’t believe how well of a job they did. Will definitely recommend to everyoneee !

We were in desperate need of carpet cleaning after getting our house renovated and having boots, dust, dirt, etc smeared into our carpets for a few months. We found Voda of Bergen county and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The scheduling was easy and the customer service was great. The technician, Juan, was super friendly and easy to work with. He was on time and called when he was 30 mins out, when he arrived he explained how things would work, and let us know his progress as he was working. He also took great care to ensure the equipment wouldn’t leave any marks or anything on our walls by putting up protection before bringing anything inside. He worked quickly, and at the end my carpets looked brand new. I will definitely be calling them for future projects.
