Our church used VODA to clean the carpets in our Kids Ministry area. We called on a Wednesday and they came out the next day! Carpets look amazing, service was incredible, and communication was great as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

James and his co worker saved our life!!!!! We woke up at 1am to our septic tank and run off water flooding into our basement. We didn’t expect to get anybody at that late of an hour and did everything we could to slow the progress but quickly we’re over taken and had multiple inches of sitting water. We had a gentleman come out from roto rooter who ensured us he could start pumping the water just to show up and tell us to oh he’s just a supervisor his crew can come out in 6 hours and we should just stop what we’re doing and let the flood take everything. But don’t worry he’ll file a claim on our behalf- what a joke! We told him to get lost and started calling around. James called me back almost immediately and even dispatched a second employee to bring another truck. He was beyond kind and worked efficiently to ease my anxiety. They were able to swiftly remove the water and disinfect and set up fans humidifiers etc. We will end up losing most things in our basement but without them we would’ve lost so much more. I cannot recommend their services enough. I hope to never need him but know who EXACTLY to call.

Love this company! I was smelling something damp/moldy everytime I came in the door. I called them and the lady that answered was very nice and professional. She set an appointment and they came out. To my surprise it was a husband and wife duo. They came in with what I call a "magic wand" and located the source. A leak in the cement wall in my basement. They sent their team back a few days later which were two very professional and respectful young men. They got the job done. Removed the molded wood and sealed the leak. Thank you Cam and Voda Team!

I don’t remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that cleaned my carpets but they performed a miracle! I’d had them cleaned years before by another company and wasn’t impressed at all with the results. This is a great company. My basement flooded and they arrived immediately and extracted the water, dried my basement, and got rid of the sewage smell, and checked for mold, all from one simple made to Voda. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied, and they even offered financing. This is by far the BEST company I’ve worked with.

This is a GREAT company, they cleaned my son’s room who had the carpets soaked in blood due to his extreme accident. They also cleaned my 89yr old father’s feces off the carpet and got rid of the smell. Overall I am very satisfied and will set them up for monthly cleaning of my house!

First off, before I even talk about the service, I want to rave about their customer service, because I think most companies these days are lacking and it’s so refreshing not to want to pull your hair out after dealing with a company! When I originally submitted an online estimate request, Voda reached out within two minutes. I made a joke that they were super on top of things today.. but that wasn’t a one time thing. Their customer service has been like that through the entire process; such an overwhelmingly pleasant experience with each interaction. As for the service, I called several different companies and Voda’s price was by far the best available, so I made a next day appointment. Day of, they showed up on time, ready to go, and completed it promptly. Later in the day they reached out to see how my upholstery turned out. I mention a cushion that dried kind of wonky, and they immediately offered to come back to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. The next morning they reached out to schedule a time, and I was still in shock that I didn’t have to track a company down for once to follow up myself. I am in awe of what a respectful and proactive team Voda has. You don’t see that these day So for the best price, customer service, and cleaning, it’s really a no brainer who I will call for future needs. Thanks a ton!!

A guest left a medium size stain on my carpet. It looked liked dirt from a potted plant but. not sure what they sat on the carpet to cause the stain. Chris and his team member arrived on time and were professional. The job was quick. After the carper dried, unfortunately I could still faintly see the stain. so I’ll have to try getting it out myself with a hand carpet cleaner.
